Position Overview: Eaton Corporation’s Executive Talent Acquisition (ETA) team is seeking a Research Lead, Executive Talent Acquisition. This person will report to the Manager Global Research and Knowledge Management, and is a individual contributor role. This position can be based in any Eaton US facility or be a fully remote role. A key member of the ETA team, the Research Lead proactively sources talent through innovative sourcing techniques for leadership level roles supported by Executive Talent Acquisition. Staying abreast of marketplace trends, the Research Lead supports ETA leadership and the recruitment team on all client facing assignments, presentations and market intelligence projects while providing operational support. This professional will develop and provide short-term and long-term sourcing and research strategies, generate talent leads, locate and screen resumes, utilize professional networking and build talent pipelines with a focus on diverse candidate pipelines and recruiting passive external candidates. In addition, they are the critical leader for researching, mapping and managing disparate research on critical pipelines, building subject matter expertise/market intelligence to add value to recruitment process. He/she will manage or assist in creating all client facing presentation materials for intake session, client-slate updates and special projects. As well as proactively develop and execute candidate-generation strategies using all available recruitment tools across all functions and business units in support of ETA Consultants and at times will qualify and pre-screen candidates, effectively represent and market the Eaton employment brand. Essential Responsibilities: Global responsibilities include mentoring, training and guiding Sourcing Specialists in the regions (EMEA and APAC) and assisting ETA leadership in operational program management Manage and direct all division manufacturing operations activities to ensure completion of customer and business requirements Ability to work in a fast-paced and complex organization Ability to work across multiple projects in parallel The gravitas and ability to communicate at senior executive levels A mature, positive, deliberate and focused attitude The ability to operate in the gray and make sense of many data points to drive a successful outcome Qualifications Basic Qualifications: Minimum of 3 years of work experience Candidate must be authorized to work in the US on a continuous basis without company sponsorship Preferred Qualifications: 3 years in research/sourcing or recruitment role Experience with executive level recruitment research/sourcing Knowledge of Diversified Industrial markets Experience sourcing from low cost/direct channels (non-paid) Operates with a high sense of urgency and embraces being accessible to clients, candidates and business partners Experience with applicant tracking, contact management systems and a high proficiency with MS Office products Education: An undergraduate degree from an accredited institution is required Compensation: Eaton recognizes this role as a critical position within the corporation and will create a compelling package consisting of a base salary and complete benefits Location: This position can be based in any Eaton US facility or be a fully remote role ABOUT EATON: Why Work At Eaton: https://www.eaton.com/content/dam/eaton/company/careers/whyworkateatonflyer/Why-Work-at-Eaton-Flyer-boxes.pdf 2020 Annual Investor Conference: https://www.eaton.com/us/en-us/company/investor-relations/investor-toolkit/financial-reports/annual-investor-conference.html Eaton considers qualified applicants regardless of criminal histories, consistent with local laws.
