The Research Manager is responsible for leading the Research function across the firm's Regional Research Capability across it's Greater China office locations.
In a nutshell, one will be deeply involved in the following:
Providing thought leadership and partering on strategic initiatives for growing and nurtuting the Regional Knowledge Capability.
As a Research Leader, one will be closely working with the Stakeholders, Partners, Service Line Leaders to advise on client cases, ensuring delivery on research requests maintaining high quality standards
Accountable for professional deveopment of talent- from being involved in recruiting best in class talent to trainings to career development etc
Sharing of Best Practices within the team and cultivating a culture of high performance etc
任职要求
Skills:
Solid hands on experience in general business research/ management or strategy consulting across multiple sectors
Should have experience of leading Global research capabilities
Strong global stakeholder/ client management skills
Strong people leadership skills (led a team of atleast 15+ researchers)
Experience: Atleast 7-12 years of relevant research experience across industries in a Management/Strategy Consulting or Rsearch environment
Location: Shanghai (China). Open to looking at candidates within China and willing to relocate to Shanghai
