职位描述

We are seeking a Ph.D. level structural biologist (X-ray crystallography) to support antibody drug discovery and development.

1.Design, express and purify antigen and antibody constructs for crystallography;

2.Determine X-ray structures to assist antibody drug discovery and development;

3.Establish collaboration with other function teams, such as antibody engineering, analytical development, protein structure modeling; provide scientific expertise to facilitate the project progress.

任职条件

Ph.D. degree in Structural Biology, biophysics or biochemistry. Industrial working experience is preferred but not required;

Expertise in protein expression&purification from multiple expression systems, (co-)crystallization, diffraction data collection and structure elucidation;

Thorough understanding of protein structure and implication on protein interactions and protein stability;

Good oral and written communication skills in English, and work in a collaborative team environment.
