Be an active part of a highly diverse and successful team with outstanding team spirit Be an expert and shape research activities in the field of modeling, simulation & optimization for realizing Digital Twins Derive value from connected data and simulation data across multiple lifecycle phases Know and continuously screen the trends in your specific technical area and share your knowledge with impact on research roadmaps Initiate, plan and execute R&D (sub)projects with all Siemens businesses within given standards and processes Gradually take over further responsibility in the role of a project manager Explore new ways of working together with your team-mates and take part in hackathons and design thinking workshops in our Digital Twin Lab and collaborate with our Siemens business partners Select and supervise (PhD) students Generate and secure IP for Siemens via patents What you need to make real what matters. Successfully completed master’s degree in engineering sciences, mathematics, physics or computer science with very good results.
