Requirements:-

• Bachelor degree in Materials Science / Engineering, Applied Physics, Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or Automation / related disciplines
• Holder of STEM qualifications is an advantage
• Min.3 yrs. working exp.in new technical products R&D and manufacturing process management (Electronics Materials , Mechanical / Electrical & Electronics Or Equivalent)
• Demonstrated track record of successful innovation projects, process development & execution in R&D and factory environments
• Good professional network of clients, suppliers and vendors in the region of Mainland and overseas
• Knowledge of patent research , draft and application is an advantage
• Good problem solving and interpersonal skills , self –driven and independent
• Possess strong commitment to team environment dynamics and follow leadership directives at appropriate times
• Excellent presentation skills in both written and spoken English , Cantonese and Putonghua
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Knowledge of AutoCAD, PROE,Solidworks,Abaqus,COMSOL, ANSYS is an advantage

Responsibilities:-

• Manage technical innovation projects from early R&D to mass production within the planned budget & timeline with progress report to the senior mgt.
• Develop strategic R&D collaboration, innovation & business plan , marketing strategy, budget and progress report
• Oversee and upgrade technical process such as equipment & maintenance services, products & materials and application enhancement , as well as our engage collaboration projects
• Manage construction works & facilities , equipment and relevant technical evaluation and procurement
• Provide necessary technical advice , coaching and training to our Group members
• Perform ad hoc duties as assigned by direct supervisors or management
