Working under limited supervision by facility manager, the research technician will ssume responsibility for all aspects of the operation of the undergraduate teching laboratories and all operations pertaining to undergraduate laboratory support activities.

Required Skills:

1) Proficiency in Chemistry

The work is in a Chemistry laboratory environment: Potential exposure to  hazards. Potential pressure situations due to tight lab schedules.

Minimum 2 years experience in a laboratory environment.

High School education required, Bachelor's in Chemistry or related discipline preferred.
