Day to Day Responsibilities:

Able to perform lab experiments & characterization and data recording independently;

Support experiment design, data analysis, results interpretation and make good documentation;

Proactively improve the experiment/testing process and propose new ideas; able to implement the solutions religiously under the directions of SME;

Support the design, setup and installation of lab tools and equipment;

Support other lab daily activities, such as EHS, equipment maintenance, chemical management, etc;

Education & Experience

MS degree in material science;

Minimum 2 years laboratory experiment;

Required Skills

Ability to follow all safety rules and policies and promote a safe work place;

Ability to perform the experiments efficiently and accurately, as well as data recording and document carefully;

Excellent hands-on experience in sample preparation, testing operation and system maintenance & debugging;

Knowledge of material science, after-treatment technology or engine emission is preferred;
