As a Research and Development Engineer - Electronic, you will be part of the Electrification Business and Smart Power (BL) Business Line, based in Jiangmen. ABB is the world leader in offering the Electrification Products and Systems that provide Building Products, Electrification Solutions, Installation Products, Protection and connection and Medium Voltage Products.

Your responsibilities

• Design electrical product according to the specification.
• Calculation, simulation and verification for electrical circuit.
• Full design and maintained documentation for electrical product.
• Continually improve the quality and performance of the current product.
• Realize new electrical product industrialization and localization.
• Lead abnormal production issues analyzing & solving.

Your background

• A Bachelor or above, major in Electronic or other related area.
• More than 2 years working experience.
• Familiar in Electronic design and calculation. EDA and electric simulation software skills.
• Excellent multi-department cooperation is must.
• Fluent in verbal and written English.
• Ability to work independently without supervision and able to handle high volumes of work.
• A high level of self-motivation, curiosity and desire to learn about new technologies.
• A collaborative, solutions-oriented approach and strong communication skills.
