•Respond to enquiries about hotel products and services by telephone, and email according to standard guidelines
•Maintain a complete knowledge of all Hotel’s latest features, services & promotions so as to provide prompt and accurate responses to all enquiries on Hotel reservations.
•Understand Revenue management strategies, up-sell and promote Hotel facilities & services at every available opportunity in order to maximize sales revenue
Work Experience
•Diploma education
•Minimum 2 years experience in a similar capacity in a full service international hotel chain
•Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in English language
•Good communication skills
•Ability to work effectively and contribute in a team
