Reservation Executive

Your knowledge of the hotel and the technical skill you display when responding to Guest telephone calls will prove you truly are a professional. As a Reservations Executive , effective and engaging communication is the key when speaking to fellow Colleagues and Guests.

YOUR EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS INCLUDE:
•High energy, fantastic can-do Attitude, self starter and proper preparation.
•Displays high levels of flexibility, initiatives, sincerity and team work
•Atleast 3-5 years of work experience and atleast one year experience in a similar role.
•Excellent communication skills Strong leadership and management skills
•Ability to work under pressure

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
•Plan the room reservations.
•Ensure proper selling techniques and strategies are utilized to maximize room revenues.
•Coordinate all duties and responsibilities of reservation department ensuring a high level of accuracy and efficiency.
•Plan & prepare monthly reports, forecasts and other relevant reports.
•Ensure that the various monthly statistical reports are generatedand executed on timely basis
