Reservation Manager

 

An exciting opportunity for a Reservation Manager to Join Movenpick Hotel City Star Jeddah
The Reservation Manager overlooks the reservations function to ensure efficient inventory management, yield management, and smooth functioning of the reservation division, to achieve occupancy targets.

What you will be doing:

•      Responsible for Hotel and Local Reservations and Reservation

•      Allocate daily tasks to Reservations staff.

•      Review reservation booked daily.

•      Review arrival report daily.

•      Responsible for preparation of occupancy forecast.

•      Responsible for implementation of policies and procedures.

•      Responsible for recording Company/Travel Agent Rates both in system and correspondence file.

•      Coordinate with Sales Department in regards to occupancy, Rates Reservation's Analysis.

•      Identify Top Producing Accounts ensure proper recognition by Reservation staff.

•      Knowledgeable in hotel and guest room facilities/services and ensures reservations agents are equally knowledgeable.

•      Monitoring Telephone Manner and general performance of reservations staff daily.

•      Monitors and coordinates group reservations activity with the Sales Department and Revenue Manager

•      In general, perform any other duties might requested by Front Office Manager or Room Division Manager.

Your experience and skills include:

• Minimum 3-years experience in a similar postion

• Good knowledge in Opera.

• Excellent Oral, writing, and reading proficiency in English language.

• Well organized and Strong leadership skills.

• Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and Powerpoint.

• Able to manage day to day operation and have long term plan.

• Experience in Accor hotels would be an advantage.
