What you will be doing:

• You will work closely with the hotel Revenue Manager to quote group requests and review corporate offers
• You will process and input group, corporate and individual reservations following hotel reservations policy
• You will ensure revenue is maximised through upselling, recommend property facilities and assist guests with information and special requests.
• In addition  you will be part of the hotel’s Head of Department team contributing to daily key business decisions

Your experience and skills include:

• Previous experience in a hotel reservation department environment is preferred
• A degree in hospitality and catering school is  advantageous
• Great presentation, Guest centric, attention to details and service minded
• Sales proactivity ethic
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
• You must have a permit to work in the UK
