POSITION: Reservation Supervisor

Reporting jobs to sales manager and assistant reservation manager, and accurately and effectively deal with all kinds of reserve requirements, reservation and the guest's special demand, in addition, assist the control roomsand implement relevant sales strategy

The main responsibilities and tasks of this position are as listed below, but not limited to these:

• Familiar with the hotel's rules and regulations and standard operating procedures ;

• Proficient in all the facilities and services provided by the hotel;

• Proficient in all booking steps and skills, handle various reservation confirmation, and can operate all kinds of equipment booking system ;

We are looking for a candidate with right attitude, who is a team player and can work well under pressure. In addition, he/she should possess:

•Previous service experience is preferred

•Good verbal & written English is a plus

•Excellent communication and organizational skills

•Highly responsible & reliable
