What you will be doing?

 

• Receiving and responding to guest enquiries for hotel reservations.
• Coordinating and directing guest queries to the appropriate team.
• Processing weekly commissions.
• Monitoring guest communication via Online Travel Agent extranets.
• Assist with processing refunds / credits to the required guests.  

 

About you:

 

• Experience working in a hotel environment.
• Excellent communications skills and a professional telephone manner.
• Experience with Opera PMS.
• An enthusiastic approach. 
• Attention to detail.
