As the first point of contact with our guests, the Reservations team take pride in delivering an energetic and creative service experience. We are in search of a Heartist who shares our desire to create unforgettable guest experiences

What you will be doing:

• Driving and maintaining our standard of guest service as the first point of contact
• Ensure guests information accurately recorded and preference are communicated to operations team
• Thrive on guest engagement, creating a great experience every visit 
• Ensuring service standards & agreed systems are achieved
• Create opportunities for increased revenue & achieve financial targets
• Follow all safety and sanitation policies in line with ALL SAFE

Your experience and skills include:

• Professional communicator 
• Full working rights 
• Eye for detail & the ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining appropriate at all times
• Creation of systems & processes to ensuring consistent service  
• Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
