Responsibilities:

• Handle reservations accurately and professionally
• Solve guests’ and associates’ enquiries in timely and courteous manner

Requirements:

• Certificate/Diploma in Hospitality Management or related disciplines
• With 1 year experience in Reservations Department in Hotel is a definite advantage
• Solid knowledge in Opera and computer skills, i.e. Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Good command of spoken English and Putonghua
• Fresh graduate with internship experience will also be considered
