• Assist in the entry of room bookings
• Make room reservations for guests and answer guest enquires
• Assist in handling rooms reservation matters

• F.5 or above with a Certificate or Diploma in Hotel Management
• Familiarity with PMS is a definite advantage
• Excellent telephone manner with strong selling and communication skills
• Proficiency in written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese
• Relevant working experience in the hotel industry is preferred
