After going through an exciting multi-million dollar rooms renovation over the past 12 months, Manly Pacific, the newly refurbished upscale lifestyle hotel is seeking a highly motivated Reservations Sales Agent to join our vibrant, passionate, and guest-focused Reservations Team.

The Role

Your day to day will include:

• Warmly responding to all reservations enquiries – you are the voice of Novotel Sydney Manly Pacific!
• Positively highlighting and promoting our 200+ room beachfront property
• Strong attention to detail ensuring accurate recording and data to ensure memorable experiences and stays for our guests
• A can-do attitude as you turn ‘’problems’’ into proactive opportunities

What we are looking for

• A natural ability to authentically connect with people over the phone
• Excellent time management skills
• Exceptional communication and customer service skills
• Flexibility to work various shifts, predominantly Monday – Friday, however with some Saturdays and public holidays as required
• IT savvy and previous experience with Hotel systems (Opera) favourable
