Working location: Discovery Bay, Lantau Island

Reporting to the Reservations Supervisor of Auberge Discovery Bay Hong Kong, the incumbent will be responsible in providing the most efficient and courteous hotel reservations service and to undertake other duties and responsibilities as required by Management.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Certificate in Vocational Training School in Sales & Marketing, Hotel Management, Business Administration, or related discipline
• 1 years of Reservations experience or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience.
• Proficient in PC software knowledge and good telephone etiquette.
• Good command of both English and Chinese, knowledge of conversational Mandarin is essential
• Team player and good communication skills
• Shift duties required
