Located in the centre of Melbourne’s CBD, Novotel and Ibis Melbourne Central is a dual brand hotel boasting 472 Accommodation Rooms & Suites. Two exciting outlets - Pretty Boy Italian Steak House and Pretty Boy Bar, plus medium sized well equipped conference facilities.

What you will be doing:

As Reservations manager, you will be responsible for achieving maximum revenue through the effective selling of room reservations and other ancillary revenue to our guests via the telephone, e-mail or other channels deemed appropriate by the company.

You will manage the Reservations Sales Agents team and will establish ongoing on-job training programs within the department to achieve financial and service quality targets.

You are a professional and talented individual who is looking for a new challenge and wants to join a fast paced and high performing team renowned for their approach and delivery of unparalleled service.

Natural team player who is an avid learner, adaptable and has exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

You have strong customer care skills as well as the ability to work under pressure, with excellent attention to detail.

You are confident about your technical knowledge of hotel booking systems, including Opera.
