Job Description
  1. To constantly review room availability in relation to total rooms sold, opening and closing categories with a view to maximizing occupancy and revenues.
  2. To manage group blocks for all incoming group bookings establishing demand chart based on availabilities with group ceilings for the year, recommending selling rates levels for group sales on monthly basis.
  3. To actively participate in the weekly, three-month forecast updated on a monthly basis, covering market segment breakdown by room nights, average rate and revenue.
  4. To develop pick up on the books report to track and establish pick-up trends, occupancy history and market segment development to facilitate the forecasting process.
