Job Description

Responsibilities责任:

  • To have complete knowledge of Four Seasons’s standards operating policies and procedures.

    具有全面的四季标准的运做政策及程序方面的知识

  • To have knowledge of Four Seasons’s Quality Standards, Service Standards and Group Specifications

    具有四季质量标准、服务标准及集团规范之运做知识

  • Communicate with guests in a manner, which promotes goodwill, trust and satisfaction. If there is any complaint, report to the supervisor or manager promptly

    通过与客人交流,建立起友好、信任和满意的对客关系。如果接到任何投诉,及时汇报有关投诉给主管或经理。

  • Abide by the Four Seasons GES.

    在工作中遵循四季集团对客服务满意标准(GES)。

  • Ensures that all public areas and back of house areas are cleaned

    确保所有的公共区域和后区干净

  • Briefs next shift on all log book items, ensure the residential team works closely together and follows up on any opened work orders until completion

    向下一班的同事详细交接工作,确保公寓团队合作跟进所有工作单直至完成

  • Ensures cleanliness & hygiene standards are in place that all established hygiene procedures and rules are strictly adhered to

    确保干净的卫生标准,严格按照既定的卫生程序、规则进行操作

  • Knows, understands and committed to the culture at Four Seasons. In all contacts with guests and other staff, the interactions shall align with the Four Seasons Golden rule and culture.

    了解、掌握并承诺履行四季的文化。在与客人、同事的接触中,以四季的文化为指导原则

  • Abide by the Hotels Policies and Procedures, Four Seasons Code of Conduct and the hotel’s Associate Handbook.

    遵守四季公寓及酒店的政策及程序,遵守公寓及酒店的运营规则及员工手册中的规条

  • Performs any other duties or tasks as assigned by the Assistant of Housekeeping manager

    完成公寓服务经理分配的其他工作
