RESIDENCE SUPERVISOR
You perform highly diversified duties managing the Residences. Including managing the facilities, infrastructure and equipment to ensure a safe and functional luxury environment for the owners and guests.

What you will be doing:
- Inspect facilities, infrastructure and equipment to ensure compliance with operational standards and national codes.
- Plan and coordinate project logistics to ensure timely completion within budget.
- Prioritize, schedule and supervise the daily operation and maintenance of the physical plant systems and related maintenance activities.
- Assist guests regarding property facilities in an informative and helpful way, responding to requests in a timely fashion.
- Manage operating and capital budgets; manage maintenance colleague(s); maintain facility systems; keep equipment records; manage inventory control; manage preventative maintenance system; etc.
- Manage property procurement, including inventory of related maintenance items.
- Other duties as assigned.
Your experience and skills include:
- Previous experience in building maintenance, or engineering experience is an asset including painting, plumbing, electrical wiring, pool and spa experience and other related experience
- Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
- Highly responsible & reliable

Physical Requirements: Constant standing and walking throughout shift, Regular lifting and / or moving of 75 lbs. Frequent lifting of 100 lbs. And occasional lifting and or moving of greater than 100 lbs., Frequent kneeling, pushing, pulling, lifting, Occasional ascending or descending ladders, stairs and ramps
