Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Serve as a key point of contact for owners and residents, responsible for assisting owners, residents and guests with any inquiries, mail, messages and requirements they may have concerning their residence.
- Ensures owner’s details are kept up to date at all times, provide owner communication and assist with queries, plans or arrangements that the resident or guest intend to make
- Responsible for collecting payment for Association Fees, incidental charges, utilities, renovation fee, etc. and ensure they are posted and remitted accordingly. Residences Concierge is also responsible for settlement or closing of owner’s account through city ledger
WORK EXPERIENCE
- Diploma or Degree preferably in hospitality or related field
- 3 years in industry experience in similar size/style of hotel, 5* resort/business, minimum 1 year as Front Office Supervisor
- PMS (Opera) knowledge
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Office
