Our client, a prestigious property investment company is urgently looking for a Resident Architect to join their dynamic team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist the Project Team in relation to property development, project management, tendering and site supervision to the assigned portfolio in Homantin
• Oversee the construction project management team from conceptual stage to project implementation
• Liaise with consultants, authorities and contractors to ensure the completion of projects in cost-effective ways within timely basis in a quality standard
• Monitor the renovation and fitting out to ensure they are all in line with the company standard

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor degree holder with MHKIA qualification
• At least 12 years experience in residential development and A&A projects
• Experience in managing high-end individual houses or residential projects with local developer is a definite advantage
• Solid knowledge in project planning and hands-on in Building Regulations/ Ordinances
• Well versed with AutoCAD, Powerpoint and Photoshop
• Fluency in English is preferred
• Immediately available is a plus
