• Full member or Fellow of the Hong Kong Institute of Architects (HKIA) or equivalent or a Registered Architect under the Architects Registration Board of Hong Kong.
• Minimum 3 years’ post-qualification experience as an architect (in architecture). Experience of large scale projects and at least 10 years of experience in architectural practice with minimum 3 years in the capacity of a Resident Architect is highly preferred.
• Met the language proficiency requirements of Level 2* or above in English Language and Chinese Language in Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE) /Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE), or equivalent.
