• Full member of the Hong Kong Institute of Architects (HKIA) or a Registered Architect.
• Minimum 5 years’ post-qualification experience as an architect (in architecture). Project administration experience of large scale projects and at least 7 years of experience in architectural practice.
• Experience in high quality interior fitting-out works coordination is highly preferred.
• Practice experience with minimum 3 years in the capacity of a Resident Architect is highly preferred.
• Design skill to resolve practical buildability issues is essential.
• Met the language proficiency requirements of Level 2* or above in English Language and Chinese Language in Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE) /Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE), or equivalent.

Employment will be on contract basis tentatively commencing from September 2019.
