We are looking for the following experienced professional who is capable of carrying out supervision and co-ordination work for a commercial project in Murray Road, Central:-

The minimum qualifications required for the post of Resident Architect shall be as follows:

• Full member of Fellow of the Hong Kong Institute of Architects (HKIA) or a Registered Architect.
• 3 - 5 years’ post-qualification experience as an Architect (in architecture).
• Met the language proficiency requirements of Level 2* or above in English Language and Chinese Language in Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE) / Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE) or equivalent.

[Note * Grade E in Chinese Language and English Language (Syllabus B) in previous HKCEE are accepted administratively as comparable to Level 2 in Chinese Language and English Language in the 2007 HKCEE and henceforth.]

Employment will be on a contract basis for a period of 24 months commencing immediately, and could be renewable based on the performance review. The remuneration package will be commensurate with the candidate’s qualification and experience.
