The minimum qualifications required for the post of Resident Architect shall be as follows:

• Minimum 5 years’ post HKIA qualification, or equivalent
• Minimum 8 years’ relevant working experience
• Experience as a resident architect in large scale residential, retail and railway-related development in Hong Kong will be an advantage
• Minimum qualifications and experience required for Grade ‘T4’ of TCP in the latest Code of Practice for Site Supervision and Technical Memorandum for Supervision Plans
• Candidates of less experience with the minimum qualifications and experience required for Grade ‘T3’ of TCP may be considered as Resident Architectural Assistant.

Employment will be on a contract basis for an initial period of 24 months, and will most likely be extended to another 24 months. The remuneration package will be commensurate with the candidate’s qualification and experience.
