Duties 

The RABSE will be deployed to client's office as a Resident Site Staff under the direction of the client's representative to administer and supervise repair works and minor works in aided schools at various locations throughout the territory of the HKSAR. 

Entry Requirements 

Candidates should have –

(1) a bachelor’s degree in building services engineering or electrical engineering or mechanical engineering, or equivalent;

(2) at least two years’ relevant post-qualification experience in building services engineering or electrical engineering or mechanical engineering; and

(3) met the language proficiency requirements of Level 2* or above in Chinese Language and English Language in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE) or Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE), or equivalent. 

[Note * ‘Grade E’ in Chinese Language and English Language (Syllabus B) in the HKCEE before 2007 are accepted administratively as comparable to ‘Level 2’ in Chinese Language and English Language in the 2007 HKCEE and henceforth.] 

顧問合約 9OG103- 資助學校及教育局負責之樓宇、土地及其他物業

(區域3A及3B)之緊急維修、大型維修及小型工程項目定期顧問合約

職責 : 

駐工地助理屋宇設備工程師將長駐客戶辦公室，並依照客戶的指引，負責管理及監督香港特別行政區各區資助學校的維修保養及小型工程。

入職條件： 

申請人必須

(一) 持有屋宇裝備工程或電機工程或機械工程學士學位，或具備同等學歷;

(二) 在取得上述資格後，具備最少兩年屋宇設備工程或電機工程或機械工程相關的工作經驗;以及

(三) 符合語文能力要求，即在香港中學文憑考試或香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科考獲第 2 級*或以上成績，或具同等成績。

[註: * 2007年前的香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科（課程乙）E級成績，在行政上會被視為等同2007年或之後香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科第 2 級成績。]
