Qualifications:

1. A Diploma/Higher certificate in Building Services Engineering / Electrical Engineering / Mechanical Engineering from the Hong Kong Polytechnic / Hong Kong polytechnic University / Hong Kong Technical College/Hong Kong Technical Institute / Hong Kong Institute of Vocational Education, or equivalent.

2. Met the language proficiency requirements of Level 2 or above in English Language & Chinese Language in HKCEE/HKDSEE,, or equivalent.

3. 3 years relevant post-qualification experience of site supervision of building services installation.

1.申請人持有香港理工學院 / 香港理工大學 / 香港科技學院 / 香港工業學院 / 香港專業教育學院之其中一間工業學院頒發的屋宇裝備或電機工程或機械工程文憑 / 高級證書或同等資格；

2.香港中學會考 / 香港中學文憑考試的中國語文科及英國語文科中取獲 2* 級或以上成績或同等學歷。

3.在取得以上資格後持有三年屋宇設備裝置的工地監督工作經驗；
