Duties 

The RABSI will be deployed to client's office as a Resident Site Staff under the direction of the client's representative to administer and supervise repair works and minor works in aided schools at various locations throughout the territory of the HKSAR.

Entry Requirements 

Candidates should have – 

(1) a Diploma or Higher Certificate in Building Services Engineering or Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering from the Hong Kong Polytechnic / Hong Kong Polytechnic University / Hong Kong Technical College / Hong Kong Technical Institute / Hong Kong Institute of Vocational Education, or equivalent;

(2) at least three years’ relevant post-qualification experience in site supervision of building services installation; and

(3) met the language proficiency requirements of Level 2* or above in Chinese Language and English Language in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE) or Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE), or equivalent.

[Note * ‘Grade E’ in Chinese Language and English Language (Syllabus B) in the HKCEE before 2007 are accepted administratively as comparable to ‘Level 2’ in Chinese Language and English Language in the 2007 HKCEE and henceforth.]

顧問合約 9OG103- 資助學校及教育局負責之樓宇、土地及其他物業

(區域3A及3B)之緊急維修、大型維修及小型工程項目定期顧問合約

職責 : 

駐工地助理屋宇設備督察將長駐客戶辦公室，並依照客戶的指引，負責管理及監督香港特別行政區各區資助學校的維修保養及小型工程。

入職條件： 

申請人必須 

(一) 持有香港理工學院 / 香港理工大學 / 香港科技學院 / 香港工業學院 / 香港專業教育學院所頒發的屋宇裝備工程或電機工程或機械工程文憑或高級證書，或具備同等學歷；

(二) 在取得上述資格後，具備最少三年監督屋宇設備安裝工程相關的工作經驗;以及

(三) 符合語文能力要求，即在香港中學文憑考試或香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科考獲第 2級*或以上成績，或具同等成績。

[註: * 2007年前的香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科（課程乙）E級成績，在行政上會被視為等同2007年或之後香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科第 2 級成績。]
