Candidates should have

• Diploma or Higher Certificate from Construction Industry Council in Hong Kong or Hong Kong Institute of Construction or Vocational Training Council in Hong Kong or Technical Institute / College or Polytechnic university / polytechnic in Hong Kong or equivalent in an appropriate discipline; with
• at least 3 years of relevant post-qualification experience; or
• 5 years of relevant experience as Resident Works Supervisor or equivalent in an appropriate discipline in public works projects or those listed in Section 4.5.2 of the RSS Management Handbook; or
• 3 years’ relevant experience inclusive of 1 year relevant experience as Resident Works Supervisor I or equivalent in an appropriate discipline in public works projects or those listed in Section 4.5.2 of the RSS Management Handbook.
• Experience on tunnel ventilation buildings would be an advantage.
