Responsibilities:

Experience of large projects and at least 10 years overall experience is considered essential for this post. Minimum 6 years must have been in the capacity of a Resident Building Services Engineer. Such experience must include medium to large scale residential projects.

• Strong in effective communication with relevant parties on site issues;
• Be adaptable and able to work independently, and have strong organizational and interpersonal skills;
• Demonstrate capability in monitoring site progress, reporting and supervision of site team.
• Good command of English and Chinese, both written and spoken, is essential;

Requirements:

• Corporate Member of Hong Kong Institution of Engineers (Building Services, Electrical, Mechanical) (HKIE); or
• Corporate member of Chartered Institution of Building Services Engineers (CIBSE) member; or
• Corporate Member of Institution of Mechanical Engineers (IMechE)
