(a) Diploma or Higher Certificate in Building Studies from Construction Industry Council in Hong Kong / Hong Kong Institute of Construction / Hong Kong Polytechnic / Hong Kong Polytechnic University / Hong Kong Technical College / Hong Kong Technical Institute / Hong Kong Institute of Vocational Education, or equivalent;
申請人持有香港建造業議會/香港建造學院/香港理工學院 / 香港理工大學/香港科技學院/香港工業學院/香港專業教育學院頒發的建築學文憑或高級證書或具備同等學歷；

(b) Eight years’ relevant post-qualification experience; or
在取得以上資格後持有最少八年相關工作經驗；或
5 year’s relevant experience as RACOW or equivalent in public works projects or those listed in Section 4.5.2 of the “Management Handbook for Direct Employment of Resident Site Staff by Consultants for Public Works Projects” in Development Bureau’s Website;
五年駐地盤助理工程監督相關工作經驗或相當於在公共工程項目或有關項目羅列於發展局網站所載的「關於顧問公司直接聘用駐工地人員的管理手冊」附錄 4.5.2 的規定;

(c) Met the language proficiency requirements of Level 2* or above in English Language and Chinese Language in Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE)/Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE), or equivalent; and
在香港中學文憑考試或香港中學會考英國語文科和中國語文科考獲第2*等級或以上成績，或具備同等學歷;以及
[Note * Grade E in Chinese Language and English Language (Syllabus B) in previous HKCEE are accepted administratively as comparable to Level 2 in Chinese Language and English Language in the 2007 HKCEE and henceforth]
註*：2007 年以前的香港中學會考的中國語文科及英國語文科 (課程乙) 所考獲的 E 級在行政上接受為等同於 2007 年後的香港中學會考中國語文科及英國語文科考獲的第二級成績。

(d) Have the minimum qualification and experience required for Grade T3 for TCP for site safety supervision as detailed in the Technical Memorandum for Supervision Plan.
符合「地盤監督作業守則」及「監工計劃書的備忘錄」中詳細定明的認可人士工作班子 T3 職級適任技術人員所需具備的最低資格與經驗。
