We are looking for the following experienced professional who is capable of carrying out supervision and co-ordination work for a renowned developer’s (Henderson Land) residential project in Seymour Road, Mid-levels:-

The minimum qualifications required for the post of Resident Clerk of Works shall be as follows: 

• A Diploma or Higher Certificate in Building Studies holder from the Hong Kong Polytechnic / Hong Kong Polytechnic University / Hong Kong Technical College / Hong Kong Technical Institute / Hong Kong Institute of Vocational Education, or equivalent

• Eight years’ relevant post-qualification experience

• Met the language proficiency requirements of Level 2* or above in English Language and Chinese Language in Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE) / Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE) or equivalent.

[Note * Grade E in Chinese Language and English Language (Syllabus B) in previous HKCEE are accepted administratively as comparable to Level 2 in Chinese Language and English Language in the 2007 HKCEE and henceforth.]

Employment will be on a contract basis for a period of 36 months commencing immediately. The remuneration package will be commensurate with the candidate’s qualification and experience.
