Job Description
Our client, a high-end landlord is looking for a Resident/Duty Engineer, Building Services to join their Grade A commercial building in Central.

- Manage routine maintenance order issuance, track record and productivity checking
- Oversee a team of out-sourced technical team on carrying out planned and reactive maintenance for grade A commercial building and a wide range of high end residential portfolio
- Conduct and manage annual condition survey for the portfolio
- Monitor E&M progression and liaise with external contractors on the project status
- Liaise with internal clients and external vendors for offices refurbishment
- Coordinate with the Project Team to maintain MVAC system, including element and ballast repairs/ replacements
- Bachelor degree holder in Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering/ Building Services Engineering
- At least 8 years experience in property developers or consultancy firms/ hotels industries
- Member of HKIE or Registered Engineer in BS discipline is required
- Strong experience in building maintenance is preferred
- With Chiller Plant exposure is an advantage
- Previous exposure in commercial building services projects is needed
- Good command of written and spoken English is essential
