职位描述

主要职责:

工作时间：驻地监理的工作时间是每天10小时（包括8小时正常工作时间和2小时的午膳时间），每周工作6天，轮班时间区域从上午7:00到下午7:00。

预制件厂的位置是位于中国广东省；

现场监督及检查生产中国的预制混凝土厂生产在香港公营房屋项目的预制混凝土构件及完成相关的记录/报告。

确保预制件厂方所生产的预制件达到质量保证；

按照項目顾主批准的图纸及规范而生产预制混凝土构件；

监督生产前后的材料（如水泥，骨料，矿渣微粉，水，混凝土砖，钢筋，起锚（吊针），地砖，瓷砖粘结剂等）及配件（如铝窗，电线管，管接驳盒，管配件，所有铸入预制件内的材料/组件/配件，砖和瓷砖粘结剂等），并抽验及监督原材料样本由厂方运往香港测试。

现场监督及检查预制件生产前后的所有相关测试；参加项目会议、施工配合等工作；不定期收集质量反馈信息；

对所承担的监督负责到底；

完成上级指派的其他任务。

职位要求

1.必须拥有土木或结构工程学位/高级文凭，并具有至少3年的工程经验（学位持有人）和5年（高级证书持有者）建筑工程领域的经验, 其中一年必须具备曾在一个结构设计办公室從業设计工作。

2.此外，相关学位或高级文凭需要提交香港学术及职业资历评审局（香港学术及职业资历评审局），以确认相关资格。

3.符 合 語 文 能 力 (中文和 英 國 語 文 )
