Our client, a prestigious property investment company (landlord) is urgently looking for a Resident Engineer to join their headquarter in Central.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage routine maintenance order insurance, track record and productivity checking
• Lead and oversee a team of outsourced technical staff on carrying out planned and creative maintenance for Grade A commercial building
• Conduct annual conduction survey for all building facilities
• Upkeep plant rooms tines and cyclical refurbishment
• coordinate with all  internal clients and vendors for offices refurbishment
• Update o engineering stock, tools an portable machinery record
• Maintain MVAC system, including element and ballast repairs or replacements
• Respond to emergency situations and perform overnight duties if necessary

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor degree holder of Engineering with 8 years experience in developers/hospitality industries dealing with building services which 4 years in MVAC/ chiller plant system
• With relevant professional qualification in HKIE in building services/ electricity will be an advantage
• Familiar with VRV system/central chiller plant is highly recommended
• Strong technical background is highly recommended
• Self-motivated, proactive with positive thinking mentality
