Our client, a high-end landlord is looking for a Resident Engineer, Building Services to join their prestigious portfolio in HK region.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage routine maintenance order issuance, track record and productivity checking
• Oversee a team of out-sourced technical team on carrying out planned and reactive maintenance for grade A commercial building and a wide range of high end residential portfolio
• Conduct and manage annual condition survey for the portfolio
• Upkeep plant rooms tidiness and cyclical refurbishment
• Liaise with internal clients and external vendors for offices refurbishment
• Maintain MVAC system, including element and ballast repairs/ replacements

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor degree holder in Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering/ Building Services Engineering
• At least 8 years experience in property developers or consultancy firms/ hotels industries
• Member of HKIE or Registered Engineer in BS discipline is required 
• Relevant experience in chiller plant and building maintenance is preferred
• Previous exposure in deluxe residential projects would be an advantage
• Good command of written and spoken English is essential
