• University degree in interior design or equivalent subject;
• Minimum 5 years post-qualification experience as an interior designer / architect (in architecture);
• Detail design coordination and work supervision experience of large scale projects and at least 6 years of experience in interior design / architectural practice;
• Experience in high quality interior fitting-out works coordination is essential;
• Membership of the Hong Kong Institute of Architects (HKIA) or a Registered Architect is not a must but preferred;
• Practice experience with minimum 3 years in the capacity of a resident interior design supervisor is highly preferred;
• Design skill to resolve practical buildability issues is essential;
• Met the language proficiency requirements of Level 2* or above in English Language and Chinese Language in Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE) /Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE), or equivalent.

[*Note : Grade E in Chinese Language and English Language (Syllabus B) in previous HKCEE are accepted administratively as comparable to Level 2 in Chinese Language and English Language in the 2007 HKCEE and henceforth.]

Employment will be on contract basis tentatively commencing from October 2019.
