• Possession of an Ordinary Certificate in Building Studies, Civil or Structural Engineering from the Hong Kong Polytechnic / Hong Kong Polytechnic University / Hong Kong Technical College / Hong Kong Technical Institute / Hong Kong Institute of Vocational Education, or equivalent;
• Grade E or above in English Language (Syllabus B) and in Chinese Language in the Hong Kong Certificate Education Examination (HKCEE) or Level 2 in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSE), or equivalent;
• Minimum 3 years’ relevant post-graduation working;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
