Conversion of the Former French Mission Building for
Accommodation Use by Law-related Organzation(s) and Related Purposes
Contract Period : From 9 October 2019 to 17 April 2020

The minimum qualifications shall be as follows:

(a) Ordinary Certificate in Building Studies from the Hong Kong Polytechnic / Hong Kong Polytechnic University / Hong Kong Technical College / Hong Kong Technical Institute / Hong Kong Institute of Vocational Education, or equivalent;

(b) Three years’ relevant post-qualification experience; and

(c) Met the language proficiency requirements of Level 2* or above in English Language and Chinese Language in Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE) /Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE), or equivalent.
[Note* Grade E in Chinese Language and English Language (Syllabus B) in previous HKCEE are accepted administratively as comparable to Level 2 in Chinese Language and English Language in the 2007 HKCEE and henceforth.]

所需資格及工作經驗 ：

1. 持有由香港理工學院 / 香港理工大學 / 香港專業教育學院 / 工業學院 / 科技學院所頒發的建築學文憑課程，或具備同等學歷；
2. 取得以上資格後，具備3年與建築工程有關的工作經驗; 以及
3. 在香港中學文憑考試或香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科考獲第2*等級或以上成績，或具備同等學歷。

註*：2007 年以前的香港中學會考的中國語文科及英國語文科 (課程乙) 所考獲的 E 級在行政上接受為等同於 2007 年後的香港中學會考中國語文科及英國語文科考獲的第二級成績。
