Qualifications:

The minimum qualifications required for the post of Resident Works Supervisor shall be as follows:

• Certificate in Building Studies or equivalent;
• 3 years' relevant experience in Hong Kong

Duties and Responsibilities:

The duties of the Resident Works Supervisor shall include, but not be limited to the follows:

• Assist in all aspects of supervision of building services work on site within the contracts and the maintenance of site records
• Assist in monitoring of labour resources, progress, materials and equipment used on site
• Assist in inspection of testing and commissioning of building services installations
• Assist in the checking of s-fitted drawings submitted by various contractors
