Job Responsibilities:
Independently complete full residential design projects from concept to delivery. Create spatial layouts, color schemes, and furnishing plans with excellent and forward-looking aesthetics. Prepare drawings, renderings, and material selections that align with client expectations. Coordinate with construction and procurement teams to ensure smooth execution. Communicate professionally with clients throughout the process.
Skills Required:
Strong aesthetic vision and design innovation ability. Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Photoshop. Good understanding of materials, furniture, and detailing. Excellent communication, coordination, and project management skills. Able to work independently and ensure high design quality.
Final compensation will be determined based on ability and experience.
