Job Description
- Open to Sales Reps from property Agencies
- Build and grow a sales team, full control of P&L
- Attractive base salary + on target earnings
My client is a private real estate developer who is currently looking for an aggressive general direct sales professional to grow and manage their in-house sales team.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and train a direct sales team oversea
- Supervise the daily sales activities including cold calls, negotiation and concluding sales
- Organize and implement all sales and marketing activities for projects of the Group
- Build and promote long-lasting customer relationships
- Liaise with external agents
Requirements:
- Must be Fluent English and Cantonese;
- Successful previous experience in at least one Hong Kong property agency as a sales, managerial level experience would be an advantage
- Excellent motivator for sales team members who are under high pressure
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
- Must be very hard working – heavy commission scheme and bonus reward.
