Job Description
  • Open to Sales Reps from property Agencies
  • Build and grow a sales team, full control of P&L
  • Attractive base salary + on target earnings

My client is a private real estate developer who is currently looking for an aggressive general direct sales professional to grow and manage their in-house sales team.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and train a direct sales team oversea
  • Supervise the daily sales activities including cold calls, negotiation and concluding sales
  • Organize and implement all sales and marketing activities for projects of the Group
  • Build and promote long-lasting customer relationships
  • Liaise with external agents 

Requirements:

  • Must be Fluent English and Cantonese;
  • Successful previous experience in at least one Hong Kong property agency as a sales, managerial level experience would be an advantage
  • Excellent motivator for sales team members who are under high pressure
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
  • Must be very hard working – heavy commission scheme and bonus reward.
