Job Summary This is an essential role in a content creation team for Commercial, Industrial and Residential buildings: the Content Specialist for Residential Buildings is to cooperate closely with Segment Leader for Residential Building Segment, Segment Marketing Communications Manager and colleagues from respective business units in order to define marketing campaigns, which are in line with the business and product strategies for the Residential Buildings and resonate well with target audiences in the Residential Industry Segment. The content specialist is responsible for development of a comprehensive content creation plan for target personas, as well as orchestration of English master content creation working closely together with other functions including subject matter experts, art directors, copywriters, DTP and video production teams, UX experts etc. Job Responsibilities Support Segment Leader, Segment Marcom Manager and relevant business units in defining marketing campaigns for main target audiences Work together with Segment Marcom Manager on developing a content strategy and content creation plan Coordinate timely creation of segment marketing communication assets, which resonate with target personas at different stages of their customer buying journey Cooperate with local marketing teams to ensure timely localization and proper usage of the content in EMEA countries Support Segment Marcom Manager in communication with local marketing teams as well as collection and management of local content related feedbacks Track and understand results of local residential campaigns and help optimize the content. Qualifications Qualifications Preferred education level: Minimum bachelor level degree with postgraduate qualification in marketing or related field preferred. Years and area of experience required: 5+ years’ experience and a proven track record of successful B2B and B2C marketing of electrical components within the Residential Buildings industry segment, including electrical installers, property developers, individual property owners etc. Technical knowledge: Understanding of main target audiences in residential buildings segment, including electrical installers, property developers, individual property owners etc. Experience from running voice of customer surveys and analysis is a plus. Experience in developing integrated marketing activities for both flow and project business. Experience from partner / channel marketing is a plus. Experience of driving processes with external or internal marketing agencies (SEO, graphics, web, video, etc) Knowledge of Continuous Improvements and SCRUM methodology, as well as LEAN approach is a plus. Copywriting skills is a plus. Fluent English. Strong written & oral communications skills. Good presentation skills. Good interpersonal skills. Soft skills: Business acumen and ability to see customer challenges as opportunities. Analytical mindset, attention to detail, planning capabilities. Ability to work in a highly international environment /in virtual teams (across different locations) / in a matrix organization. Experience in working in large multinational companies. Great learning and listening ability. Ability to execute multiple and complex projects simultaneously.
