Job Description
As a Residential and Commercial Leasing Representative, one should be able to build partnerships with potential prospects and manage relationships with existing customers in order to enhance company’s sales and reputation.

Duties and Responsibilities

- Build partnerships and establish network of contacts with potential prospects, Universities and Institutions
- Appraise residential and commercial properties using local comparisons in order to remain knowledgeable about real estate markets.
- Compare residential and commercial properties with similar properties to determine fair market price.
- Inspect and assess the condition of properties and identify possible repairs.
- Communicate and follow up with repair department to ensure all necessary maintenance needs are fixed.
- Place properties for sale and promote properties through advertisements and multiple listing services.
- Maintain and update the data base and internet based marketing tools.
- Coordinate appointments with prospective customers.
- Interview with potential customers to determine their housing needs.
- Provide list of properties that are compatible with customers’ requirements and financial capacity.
- Visit and show available properties and explain features of the properties to the customers.
- Discuss cost of maintaining the properties and possible renovations with the customers.
- Determine best method of payments and facilitate and handle the transactions with the finance department.
- Prepare leasing agreements and ensure all paperwork is properly filled out.
- Create and cultivate relationships with the customers for future leasing and transactions.

Required Skills and Experience
- University degree or advanced degree in Communication, Marketing, Customer Service, Business, Management, Administration or a related field.
- Fluency in English is a must. Knowledge of Mandarin will be a distinctive advantage.
- No prior experience is necessary. Preference will be given to candidates with relevant experience and skills.
- Good communications and interpersonal skills is essential.
- Descent knowledge of current office software applications.
- Pleasant personality with a can do attitude.
