Responsible Officer (RA 9 – Asset Management)

• Responsible for the entire operational function of asset management to ensure strict compliance with the operating procedures, internal guidelines and statutory legislation and rules
• Responsible for formulating investment strategies and investment recommendations and supervising daily operations of asset management division including but not limited to investment activities and reporting routine
• Responsible for building up and managing an investment portfolio for achieving targeted investment returns and overall management of investment risk in compliance with internal company policies
• Review financial information and create/forecast operational budgets to increase contribution level

Requirements:

• Degree holder preferably in Business or related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years of experience in investment/portfolio management for individual clients and/or Collective Investment Schemes
• Holder of SFC licence for Responsible Officer (Type 9 Regulated Activity) for at least 2 years
• Sound knowledge of SFO, SFC regulations and guidelines of relevant regulatory authorities and risk management control
• Sound knowledge in a wide range of investment products, such as equities, fixed income and various types of derivative products
• Relevant experience in a hedge fund and/or fund administration and/or CFA qualified and/or with excellent proven track record is definitely an advantage
• Excellent analytical, communication and presentation skills
• Good command of English, Mandarin and Cantonese
• Well versed with MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint
• Mature, independent and able to work under pressure
