Responsible Officer (SFC Type 1,2,5,6 or 9)

regulated • Acting as a Responsible Officer with management duties to oversee SFC Type 1,2,5,6 or 9

• Liaise with other professional parties and communicate with relevant authorities, such as SFC or Hong Kong Stock Exchange
• Perform due diligence and business/financial analysis on selected investment targets and industries
• Oversee daily operations to ensure regulatory compliance with company policies, regulatory rules and regulations
• Participate in internal and external communications regarding fund and portfolio management
• Involved in business development and relationship management
• Facilitate the implementation of new product plans/initiatives activities
• Ad-hoc duties upon request

Requirements

• Degree holder in Finance, Economics, or related disciplines
• Current SFC RO licensee in Type 1,2,5,6 or 9 regulated activities
• Good financial market knowledge and well versed in futures and compliance issues
• Familiar with portfolio construction and performance measurement
• Outstanding communication skills and determined to succeed
• Strong analytical, presentation and management skills
• Good command of Cantonese, English and Mandarin
